SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Currently we only allow for UK Shipping.

As all of our orders are hand picked individually and are not pre-packed, all orders will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. This allows us to pick the perfect item(s) for you.

The cut off Times:

Orders sent Tuesday will be from the following times:

Friday 12pm – Tuesday 12pm

Orders sent Friday will be from the following times:

Tuesday 12pm – Friday 12pm

Return & Exchange Policy

​If you are not happy with the mystery item(s) we have sent you, we will happily accept a return. Please note, this needs to be confirmed via E-mail before hand. You will find our email in the CONTACT area of the website or at the bottom of each page.  All returns are sent at the customers expense through paid returns. Customers have a 14 day window to return the item(s) from the day of delivery. Returns must be sent to our address only.

Item(s) not received within the time frame will not be eligible for a refund and the product will not be returned.

Returns are at F & J Vintage Clothing discretion. All items will be inspected upon return. All items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Any items not in the same condition will be refused a refund and the product not returned.

Please send all returns via tracked mail as we are unable to hold any responsibility for any lost items. F & J Vintage clothing do not take any responsibility for a return until it has been delivered to our returns department.
